This weekend is the 18th Annual Keeping Dance Alive! performance at Laxson Auditorium at CSU, Chico. Show times are 6-8 March: Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM, Sunday at 2:00 PM, and tickets are $14 for students/children, $16 for seniors and $18 for adults.
I am performing in “Capoeira and Maculele” with Chico Capoeira, “Chaos Interne, ” a Community Contemporary dance piece choreographed by Chelsea Beights, and “Foras An Rince,” an Irish dance piece choreographed by Kelsey Wilson and performed by members of the Maria Oliver Academy of Irish dance.
