I’m delighted to share that I will be teaching a six-week festival style Irish dance series starting Friday, October 6 at District Irish Dance Academy in Tenleytown, Washington, DC. This will be a great opportunity for Irish dancers to work on control, strength, musicality, and stage presence. We’ll do three weeks of slow festival style slip jig (light shoe) and three weeks of slow festival style set dance (heavy shoe).
The classes will be Fridays, October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 10 and 17 at 7:30 p.m. (No class November 3.)
